I spend a lot of time with myself
trying to be my friend,
Sometimes listening to my apologies,
often to my excuses,
occasionally to my good sense.

I know me well, but
- now and then -

   After completion of +3 Science(Chemistry)/1990 & M.C.A/1993, I started working with an international CMM-level5 IT company in India.Since 1994, I have been working in various job roles like programmer analyst, Sr. Solution Architect, Manager of Projects and PreSales.

1.   My key Technical Expertise is in following areas. 

     (Total IT experience 19.5+ years in IT by 01-Nov-2013)

 i. Database   : Oracle (14+ years)

 ii. Front-end : Power Builder (6+ years)

 iii. Report     : SQR (6+ years).

 iv. Dot Net & JAVA as front-end. (8+ years)

2.  My key Domain Expertise are in following areas.

   i. Securities (Stock broking) : 7+ years

  ii. Insurance (Life - Individual & Group, Unit Linked, Pension, Credit Life, Annuity, Health Insurance & Takaful family life) (10+ years)

3.  Expertise in Solution Architect Stream.

     Requirement Gathering & Analyzing, Consulting, Requirement Modeling using Enterprise Architect, Designing Process Flows & Work flows, Design the database objects and so on.

4.  Expertise in Pre-Sale and Sales Support Activities.

      Bid management like RFP & RFI responses and Proposal preparation. Conducting demos and POC for new prospects.

5. Managing On-Site PMO.

     Mile stones achievements for various projects, COGS against each projects and profitability in the projects.

6. Project Management.

    Discussion with customer, Project plan preparation, Resource allocation and executions with quality assurance etc.
